Nicole ONeil

As Director of Financial Operations, my work is a “people business” built on empathy and genuine partnership, not just technical accounting. Having owned and operated 21 restaurants, I understand firsthand the weight of making payroll, the pressure of thin margins, and the personal stakes of entrepreneurship. This background allows me to connect deeply with clients, recognizing that every line item impacts their livelihood and family security. My focus moves beyond the spreadsheet to build “sticky,” trust-based relationships, becoming a seamless extension of their team. While precision is the foundation, the true value I deliver is the profound peace of mind that comes from knowing their life’s work is in supportive, experienced hands, freeing them to focus on their passions.

Outside of work, I love supporting my family and friends, traveling (especially cruising), and reading. A fun highlight from my past is that I once met the cast of Ghost Busters! If I were a superhero, my non-traditional superpower would be ‘Beginner’s Luck’—it would certainly come in handy! Currently, I’m tuning into Pickleball and highly recommend giving it a try. Before all of this, my very first job was working as a Cashier at Woolworth.
