As the Financial Services Manager here at enTune, my role is very similar to a controller. I oversee daily transactional activities and conduct monthly reviews of client accounts and financial statements. I work closely with my clients to help them understand the financial activity impacting their operations, and I often collaborate with their management teams to develop strategies for specific financial challenges. What I enjoy most about my role is the team I work with. It is important to me that my work keeps me challenged and current in the accounting world, and I strive to ensure my clients feel comfortable knowing they have a dedicated resource to help them succeed.
When I’m not working, I am an avid photographer, and I love spending time with my family and pets, often working around our home and yard to improve and make our space more comfortable. I also have a history of competitive sports. I used to compete with my two brothers in the statewide Texas mountain biking circuit back when it was just starting out in the mid-to-late 90’s. My two four-legged co-workers are my miniature schnauzers, Linus and Lucy. Linus is the older of the two and regularly insists on sitting in my lap while I’m working, while Lucy prefers to just keep track of where I am and will lay down beside my desk for most of the day.
