Gerry Paulson

As a Fractional CFO at enTune, I partner with clients to provide strategic guidance on complex financial questions that emerge as their businesses evolve. What I enjoy most is utilizing the decades of finance experience our team possesses to benefit those we serve. To me, this work is deeply meaningful because small, privately-held businesses drive the majority of the U.S. economy; being able to help them navigate various growth cycles and challenges is incredibly rewarding. My goal is for every client to feel respected and empowered by sound advice that allows them to continuously improve their business. Personally, I strive to “maximize what matters” by first listening to understand a client’s specific reality so we can frame our services around what is truly important to them.

When I’m not focused on finance, my world revolves around family, fitness, and adventure. My wife and I love to travel, whether we are exploring new corners of the U.S. or venturing abroad, and nothing beats spending time with our two children and their families, which include our two grandsons. For the last decade, I’ve been dedicated to CrossFit, not just doing it but coaching it, because I genuinely love the methodology and the incredible community that surrounds it. I’m also constantly inspired by my wife, a non-Hodgkins Lymphoma survivor of 15 years, who is, without a doubt, the strongest person I know. To power through my day, I rely on a Ghost Energy Drink. I’m currently tuning into American History, which I highly recommend. Finally, I have a four-legged co-worker who runs the show: a nine-year-old rescue mutt—a mix of boxer, Australian Shepherd, and golden retriever—who is truly the sweetest and friendliest dog in Media, PA.
