At enTune, I manage the behind-the-scenes tasks that keep our operations running smoothly, from supporting leadership with client billing and internal systems to organizing meetings and team-building activities. I act as a central hub for administrative workflows, including recruiting, marketing initiatives, and maintaining client data. To me, this role is about much more than administrative tasks. I truly enjoy being the facilitator of our remote culture. It is incredibly fulfilling to onboard new team members and create activities that foster genuine engagement, allowing our professional relationships to grow and flourish. I feel proud to support this team because I see how much they care about our clients’ success and one another. Ultimately, I believe that by prioritizing a positively connected internal culture, we create a solid foundation that allows the entire team to maximize their impact and provide the best possible support to our clients.
Outside of my professional life, I find immense fulfillment in giving back, whether it’s crocheting sleeping mats for the homeless with the Plarning Angels or supporting military families through personal and legislative advocacy, a cause close to my heart as the wife of a retired service member. I’ve also maintained a lifelong fascination with the history of Japanese American internment camps during WWII, and I highly recommend exploring this powerful subject. To keep my energy up, I rely on my favorite “power fuel,” a frozen banana topped with peanut butter and chocolate! If I could have a non-traditional superpower, it would be to expertly “play Tetris” to pack a car perfectly every time. At home, my office is presided over by my two beloved dogs, Valencia, a shelter rescue from Florida, and Olive, a wonderful foster fail who officially joined our family after we opened our home to many foster pups over the years.
