As the Founder and President of enTune, I am ultimately responsible for the success of my team, our clients, and the company as a whole. What I enjoy most about my role is the opportunity to engage with people and solve complex problems. I am intensely focused on providing value and believe in making life and business better for everyone involved. This work is deeply personal to me because many small to mid-sized businesses struggle with wearing too many hats. My goal is to simplify their finance functions and reduce their risk so they can focus on growing their business or achieving their mission. To me, “maximizing what matters” means meeting clients exactly where they are—whether they want to increase firm value, improve cash flow, or expand a non-profit’s impact—and transforming their situation so they can reach those specific goals. I am driven by the desire to provide my team with growth opportunities and to see our clients achieve measurable, life-changing outcomes.
I have a deep commitment to fitness, which means I love lifting weights and even competing in fitness competitions. When I’m not in the gym, you can find me outdoors—hiking, hunting, and fishing—or serving at church, where I focus on reading God’s word, applying it to my life, and loving and leading my family. I love to have fun, especially telling a good dad joke and watching comedy, perhaps inheriting my entertainment gene from my cousin, who was a professional wrestler on TV! To power through all that, my essential ‘power fuel’ is simple: black coffee. If I were a superhero, my non-traditional superpower would be ‘Coaching,’ and if you’re looking for something to tune into, I highly recommend checking out some health and wellness podcasts. My very first job was as a dishwasher at Kristi’s Cafe in Buffalo, NY. Finally, my house is never quiet because I have two four-legged ‘co-workers’: Ginger, a talkative and very affectionate orange cat, and Lacey Pearl, a fearless Yorkie with an attitude the size of a Great Dane.
