Al Regdos
Al is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience guiding organizations through startup and rapid-growth stages. He is a proven team builder and collaborative leader with a sophisticated understanding of business priorities, adept at managing operations and projects efficiently. In 2019, Al founded enTune Financial Services (“enTune”), leveraging his extensive expertise in commercial finance, accounting, and general financial matters.
Prior to enTune, Al was the founder and CEO of Alpine Capital, a specialty finance lender for the healthcare sector, where he led the origination, underwriting, and closing of over $160 million in loans. His earlier career includes serving as Chief Credit Officer for a national healthcare lender in New York City, where he directed business development and portfolio management, contributing to the firm's growth from $300 million to over $1.2 billion in assets under management—all without a single credit loss.
Al also held leadership roles at GE Capital and Heller Financial, managing teams in portfolio management and underwriting. He began his career at Freed Maxick, a public accounting firm, conducting audits and business valuations. Al holds a B.S. in Accounting from Canisius College and is a Certified Public Accountant. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities, time with his family, and participating in his local church.
